What The Client Wanted

We have worked on several Volkswagen Garages, so it was appreciated when we were recently approached again to carry out works at their Romford Showroom.

Cladding panel repairs can be an eyesore and could be the difference between a sale and a potential customer walking away. The VW Group is very prestigious and required us to restore their building to a ‘new’ condition.

What We Did

At CJ Paint Spraying we have a vast experience repairing and spraying car showrooms and know exactly what is required to run a successful job.

This one was slightly different to other previous jobs as the areas were dirty and mucky and had to be deep cleaned prior to works taking place. Our preferred method for doing this is with a high powered jet-wash.

We needed a strict schedule of vehicle logistics to prevent over spray on immediate over spray areas such as vehicles.

The team precisely masked all immediate areas after the repairs were complete, ready to be sprayed to match the existing undamaged cladding.

Talking to the garage’s management was imperative to allow us to organise the logistics of the vehicles. Due to the high volume of cars that they had in the garage at the time it meant we had to return at a later date to complete the works.

Once returned the cladding panel repairs job was completed leaving a happy client.
